so this is another night shot from costa rica. i was walking along a literally almost ran into it! it was at about eye level. scared the crap out of momma bird but she came back and her 4 eggs were safe...but not before i shot them HA HA HA HA ok bad joke... tell me what you think!

Hummingbird nest ? What a neat shot - like your title too! That is really good with the shades of green and delicate details - something unusual to come across and you were able to save the sight.

I like the vines trailing down, kind of like bird interior decoration. I would have been scared too if some large human bumped into my nest when I was peacefully sleeping and keeping the little eggs warm... :-)))
