This is an old photograph of my sister Wil and I, together on school. I think that the photograph is taken approximately 45 years suffered, in 1961. We werethen approximately 6 á 7 years (Wil) and 8 á 9 years (Lien) old. We sat on a school for girls, mainly conducted by nun’s. I have pleasant memories to this school.

What beautiful smiles you both have! I really like how you've decorated this with some nice, boldly colored square frames. It's got a modern feel to a classic image. Very nice work!

What a great tribute to sisters. You've done a very nice job presenting this and just the hint of the bold orange border sure makes it stand out. Very nice photo. Thanks. Anita

Lien on the left side, and I, Wil on the right side.

Hij is schitterend geworden, je hebt ons heel goed neer gezet. Ik heb ook hele goede herinneringen aan school. We hadden kloosterzusters die ons les gaven. En de juffrouw uit de 1e klas was een hele lieve zachte vrouw.
Goede gedaan, Lien.

He has become superb, you have put our complete good. I have also
complete good memories to school. We had nun's who gave
lesson us. And the young lady from 1st the class was a complete kind
gentle woman.
Good done, Lien.

Wil

Memories of yesterday, Lien. Your post has an excellent presentation and is a simple yet great tribute. I was schooled in a private institution where teachers were nuns too. Now, that I'm rapidly aging, I miss those happy days... Such is life, Lien!

Your presentation of this family photo takes it beyond the quality of a family "snapshot". Wonderful photo and framing. A great way to update a period piece!

What a lovely portrait! In fact, excellent for one taken at school. You both look so happy & Wil has a look of mischief on her face. I like the B/W photo and it looks fantastic with the framing used. The orange borders are very becoming and the dark background too. This is a photo that will go down in your family history-Very well done!!
