I'm back! I don't suppose anyone has missed me anyway :( This originally started out as an Apo fractal about a year ago, but I saw shapes in it and started to paint over them. After finally finding some motivation again, I just finished it... I think. Maybe it needs something else?

In order to discover who you are, first learn who everybody else is; you're what's left.
Love the textures everywhere except that head, seems a bit too much like a "bishops hat", which is hard to take seriously as a scary image. :) It is dark, which I get, but getting it "dark enough" without loss of detail is always a tough judgement call, for me this is a bit too dark. You've certainly captured/expressed a potent groove very well.

Atmospheric. The highlights are deft -- and you can sense coiled tension in that menacing figure. :-)

Full screen view is a MUST.
Just as a suggestion ... a glowy orb ... might work? Or something centrally located (in and about the chest region).
