this is a sepia version of the lighthouse which i really personally like better because the lighthouse is very foreboding in this.

i really like this. it looks like a beautiful place. and i agree about the sepia...plus it just makes it a bit easier to look at (i imagine) since there arent so many colors. really looks like a look into the past...great work! ~abby

Hi Sirus, so nice to meet you and happy to have you on board! This is a lovely site, and I welcome you! Hope you enjoy your stay here! You will meet nice people on Caedes, so have fun! I think this is a lovely image, and yes, your choice of words, especially, that of 'foreboding', which is well used here and very effectively so! I very much like the sepia, the warm tone that I think compensates for the rather cold ambience you have created here, and I like that feature very much, as it is telling more than one story! I also like the textures, those of the rocks just off shore, the grasses, the water, as it even makes me feel as though I am existing on another planet, as no sign of life is visible! I am not at all sure that my critiqing here is appropiate, as I am a novice, but in essence, I l love this image! Have a good time on Caedes, Sincerely, Marilyn

Good interesting capture Sirus. I too, like the sepia coloration, but I like the colored version too - choices, choices :) The lighthouse looks lovely set way out on the rock. Great textures with all the rough craggy rocks and the pretty fine grasses in the foreground. I like the sharpness of the image, with misty background. Super work you've done here :^>

Interesting place. Well captured. And the sepia works really well. That, combined with the absence of any modern-looking objects, makes it a timeless image.

Wow...I really love the composition of the photo. Though I'm curious to see what the picture reveals Before the sephia tone. Lol. Nice shot though...mysterious ;)
