My husband and I went on a vacation this week. We took a day trip to Crater Lake. It was one of those days that you just pointed your camera to get a good shot.
Hi Sheri, that's an amazing place,i saw many pictures of Crater Lake in the past,it must be impressive to see this in person.Your picture is beautiful, very good exposure, the sky looks very good and i like the quality of your picture too.Have a nice weekend.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Growing up in Oregon, I have been to Crater Lake many times...and it is always beautiful. Your picture does credit to the peace and joy here...that a fiery volcano has been (temporarily, we all know) replaced by a beautiful lake. It has been over 30 years since I last saw it...and I am struck by how high the waterline is now.
