Great shot, great use of black and white, splendidly dramatic sky and just a great all round posting: it really caught my eye.

Just one minor tweak and I wouldn't mention it but, a little rotational adjustment would stop the people and the sea falling into the pier.

Now, personally I like the odd angle. The whole picture has a surreal aspect to it. And viewing in a larger size brings out many details that are hidden from view in the standard size.
However (and you knew there'd have to be a however), I personally would lighten the whole picture just a tiny bit. There's all kinds of cool details almost lost to the darkness. It might also enhance that lovely bit of bright cloud and sunbeam that streaks in from the upper right.
Overall though, I like this. There's a sense of "light at the end of the tunnel" here, and it's very appealing.
Nicely done. I look forward to seeing even more of your works.

Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.

Like the dramatic image of this shot. B/W really works with this one. My first impression of the tilt of the shot was that it should have been corrected, but on second thought, I thought it added to this dramatic image. It probably wouldn't work with other shots, but seems to work with this one.

I love this! The angle gives the shot sooo much depth and intensity. It is almost as tho you can imagine being there. Its dark but sexy at the same time. Very very awesome.
