I think a bit of cropping might make the bird more prominent in the picture. Otherwise this picture has a lot of nice qualities like the reflections from the grasses, the solitary feeling you get because the bird is alone.

A peaceful shot. Everything looks fine but i would agree with gabi. A little cropping to perhaps move the bird out from the dead center of the photo. Other than that, looks great.
