Oh this is a nice memory for me. I was in Estes Park camping on the way to our move to ORegon long ago. It was pouring rain, we were hungry, went to a lone phone booth and there on the ground was a $20 bill! So that night we ate chicken in a tent!!(KFC!) So I love this photo of yours. I had forgotten how majestic those Rockies are at a distance. I also remember the "mud" on the ground, they call it Gumbo there!! It would stick on the shoes, and you'd be walking around in "clod hoppers"!! I love the little tree by the rocks in the center! Thanx for the memory Adrienne..!! Verena
Come, my friends,
'tis not too late to seek a new world. Push off, and sitting well in order smite the sounding furrows; for my purpose holds to sail beyond the sunset, and the baths of all western stars, until I die.
