HDR image of the medieval monks cloisters at Durham Cathedral, UK. I was hoping for a stronger, more defined capture of the light/shadow balance but the available light is all I had. Hope you like it.

Looks like they had more Central Air than Heat...but you've managed to bring out a warm feeling in the stone and on the ceiling. I also like the soft shadows of the arches... sharp shadows on clear days are striking, but this is a different expression and I bet this is the way it looked (looks?) to the monks most of the time. Did you get a close-up of the door?

I like this very much. You've captured the essence of the old structure very well. I am certain if I were allowed to, I would stand there an absorb this view as well. Wonderful depth and details.
