Or to be more precise just the lumiere part of it. Part of the Illuminating York ( we have more ways of illuminating our cities than a bunch of brain dead morons burning buildings in riots!) festival held every Autumn. (more info on the 2011 festival in this link http://www.illuminatingyork.org.uk/ ) . This is a son et lumiere moving projection onto the south transept of the 500 year old York Minster. The Rose Window at the top of the projection is 50+ mtr above street level. The combination of technology and ancient buildings work well together to make a visual spectacle well worth the visit. Enjoy!

I thought I had all the answers, but it turns out I don't even know the questions. -Stephen Prothero (paraphrased)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Many thanks for your comments on my photo son et lumiere. Apologies for taking so long to acknowledge these, but we have been away from home a lot, often in remote areas with no internet access.
