Soft is definitely the word here Frank. The subtle pink and green make a lovely picture and you've captured it magnificantly. What a lovely post and thanks for sharing it. Thank your wife as well for growing such a beauty.
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
What a marvelous pink color this is and such a pretty presentation. I like how clear and crisp the flower is and how gentle your touch with the blurring out as the photo fades into background leaving the rose to be the shining star. I suppose you did this with a lens, and I applaud your efforts and fine results...oh, boy..in my faves... :)PJ
A woman after my own heart! I love them too and you can tell her that this one is so beautiful! Thanks Frank for shooting and posting it. It is such a pretty color.
Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.
