Took a trip to Guntersville to look at the lake. The sky was very cloudy. Made for a dark setting.

Beautiful and peaceful sight Frank. The light in the background on the trees is awesome. It's truly a pleasing sight and a keeper for sure. Just a perfect post. Thanks for this one.

When I first looked at the thumbnail, I thought there was ice on the water. I really like the way you have the dead trees on the right

I always enjoy water images but in this beauty ... those trees from front to back steal the show here me thinks. Outstanding clarity and composition Frank and a real treat to look at. Nice posting all around.

It's brooding but a nice composition. I like the color and reflections in the water. anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

Nice capture, Frank and I can see that some sun must have broken through by that patch of light on the far hill.

Nice photo! I grew up in Albertville - about 10 miles away, up Sand Mountain. I spent a lot of time on Lake Guntersville during my high school years. Thanks for bringing back some memories.

Great capture here Frank, The natural lighting works well in this photo. Not to dark for me.
