Was watching a really great thunder storm the other night and was lucky to get a nice strike in close proximity to my camera the canolla is a little over exposed and i am sure you guys will grill me for it but capturing a strike like this one is still exhilerating.

The over exposed area could be fixed I guess, but the lightning strike is great. it would be the same feeling if this were my shot.. Beautiful catch

Wouldn't worry about exposure - getting the shutter to release as a bolt flies is never easy and this is to my eye a perfectly respectable post.

Great lighting strike photo. Some of the foreground could be cropped to look after some of the overexposure, and wouldn't spoil the shot.
