It took me awhile, Richie, but I finally found you shot of "Warkworth Castle". The castle didn't catch my eye and much as the houses. They are so foreign to me, that I was sure I'd seen them before. I prefer this perspective, but I guess you could shoot this area from nearly anywhere within a few kilometers and keep me happy. A beautiful scene wonderfully captured.
Like our Temp SAP before me I took the time to watch the link. I like the other one better, so what can I do about it? :) This is a monolith-like building. SAM & SAAB [lifting his paw with some hesitation as to the object... :)] This is canine way of faving in case you do not know yet. I guess he would prefer the nice colourful houses...
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
I would feel very safe if that great, hulking bulwark of a castle stood down the street from my house! Nice clarity in this pic... the castle shows detail and the entire feel is of a clearing storm.
Good scene upriver....You there today taking Doreen out for lunch?
