Very interesting, as is all your work. I feel that the arrow is a little too dominant, and the words inside the circle don't seem to fit in to me; purely from an aesthetic POV.

The arrow gives balance to the dominant blue... makes me feel like i can do anything i want too! A very clear cense of direction. A feel of being needed (The words) and belonging to somewhere or someone. Like flying!
A little confusion with the zigzag dotted lines, but again the arrow brings back total control and confidents.
