The Nubian Ibex is native in the rocky steep mountain slopes of Northeast Africa and parts of Arabian area. Picture taken at Los Angeles Zoo. A large tree stump was cloned out in the central area of the image.

I saw wild White Ibex when I was hiking through the Sierra de Gredos in Central Spain. I was really excited to see your photograph. It is fascinating to look at. Despite the fact you took this in a zoo the composition looks as if it is naturally set, and doesn't take away from the animals form. I hope you too get to see them in the wild sometime, if you haven't already.

It's better to have a living dog, than a dead lion.

Simple and interesting.
Not easy to get both happening simultaneously, well done. I think the removal of the stump must be a significant contribution to the simplicity. The placement of the curving rim is also excellent. You did a great job of NOT making it feel like it was in an artificial setting. Clarity is excellent and somehow you've made the big fella in the bottom corner the obvious focus, very clever work. Way way WAY above the usual zoo shot.
Great work.
