I think it may be some sort of weevil. I did some background reseach but have not found the exaxt bug. Will try and keep you posted as to what i find.

Bliz - they are commonly knows as stink bugs. I dont know the scientific name, but I think the common nickname tells a lot.

Bliz, This is a bug in the family of Coreidae Bug or Leaf Footed Bug. There is a good picture with a very close likeness to your photo. You can click the photo to enlarge it. Notice the antennae, legs and the armor on the back. They look the same. Nice capture. Terry
