i think the short depth of field is somewhat distracting in this shot, a smaller apperature woudl be better for this shot methinks, but neat shells and nice colours anyways

Agreed with the above, the blur in the other shells is kinda distracting. Although I do like the compsition and colors :)

Yeah, I agree with you all on the focus. It simply comes down to I don't know how to use the camera to its fullest extent yet.
