This is a Nile Monitor Lizard at Chester Zoo. I'm very glad it's behind thick glass!

A great shot through glass. I never get clear shots like this through glass, there is always me somewhere in the background.

This is a lovely shot Steve, and excellent given that it was taken through glass - I'd hardly have know. Rich colours and the crop is just right. I bet he wanted to be your friend really you know!

This is also a great through glass shot. Similar setup as the Lizard Lounge image I took. The pattern on the reptile skin is intense. Mesmorising. Maybe thats the idea? To hypnotise their prey....
