It's a nice nightshot...
but if I may...just clone out the red spot, causeit's taken away the depth on the pier and if you level the horizon a bit than this shot will goes from nice to great.

A very nice shot! I love the colors and lighting. The only thing I would recommend is to not let anyone on the dock while you take the photo, they distract from the mystery and intrigue of the image by stealing attention from the scene. Well done though! :)

A good capture and composition of your shot. Nice lighting and clarity. I rather like the coloured mist on the dock. The horizon as noted could be leveled. Very nicely done and thanks for sharing.

Edit: Els is right re. the rotation... a suggested 1.75° CW! As far as the cloning-out... I am not so sure. I kinda like that lighted mist... it makes the pic in my view! But then... beauty is in the eye...!
