Yikes! That does look extremely cold, even when the sun is desperately trying to shine through the cloud cover... and it looks like the wind is bullying the snow around. Brrrrr!!

I don't believe I've seen a better depiction of a very cold sky...and the wind blowing the snow on the hilltop certainly adds to the scene. You did pick up a little bit of halo on the two spikes (nails? fence posts?) in the foreground that might could be cloned out...and I wish this one were available in a bit larger size...but all-in-all this is a fine shot and I like it a lot.
