I don't think there is anything wrong with the quality of the photograph here the image seems in focus and the colours are great. that being said which flower is the subject of the photograph notice how your eye is not drawn to one or the other. caedes has an advise section on how to take good photographs and the mods and people here are happy to give you good advise. start with the rule of thirds i believe its in the advise section. I found that once i started using this guideline i got alot more satisfaction out of my photographs. Don't worry about your camera it is definately possible to take some amazing pictures with a point and shoot.

Well, rules are made to be broken. I like the composition of this photo. As for the camera, it is obvious that it takes very good captures. Focus is sharp, colors clear, etc. Focus is much better than your previous posts. Good job.
