Okay, I'll go first:) This is so cool!! This is just my style and I love the depth and shadows. Looks like a thin foam rubber mat. Very creative and awesome colors. Pray tell, what program did you use for this? Bruce B.

hi bruce and anyone else who is interested,
i used photoshop,with heavy use of levels and native filters such as liquify and median also the bevel and shadow tool.
i think using levels is the key to it.
likely the gimp could manage it also though not sure about the
quality of control in relation to beveling and shadows.
