I love the thought behind the images here....since Valentine's Day is approaching soon.

Your cupids look a bit out of proportion..their heads looks bigger than their bodies as well as not looking too angelic :o)

The hands on the bows look quite unnatural to me and the blue color seems a bit harsh....as if it has been over-saturated.

Maybe a rework of these models would help :o)....heaven knows I could use a rework!

You are right about everything in a sense and i thank you and am glad you have taken the time to comment so thoughtfully on the piece.
I made it for someone who may have wanted an alternative to the normal valentines day images.It is loosely designed to have an edge and plays on the mischievious side of cupids nature. They are meant to be otherworldly and was happy enough with them being rather odd looking generally and specifically in relation to their eyes,and proportions.
I opted for a harshness too after trying very much softer versions but decided they were veering towards what i was trying to avoid.Not that i think the background i ended up with is that good though.
It is as i say pretty hastily made as a bit of fun and you are correct it is a far from perfect image.
