Originally being from the west banks of Lake Michigan, I can relate to this picture. The cold it depicts, goes right through to my bones and out the other side -- much like the winds off the lake on a blustery day. I'd like to see this made into a stained glass window. Or, etched glass for a front door. Very nice.
that is a cool picture i have got a picture at home w/ trees like that except it is brown and has shadows of the trees included just wanted to let you know i dig yo art work
i agree with him, a raven would be nice in there, flying through some trippy ass clouds or somthing, and maybe a glare of light in one of the corners going through the clouds and lining the raven, lol alright lemme stop im trippen, lol
the weeping willows narly branches
must crack when fridgid waters turn
ice becomes jack the ripper
like dead dry cracking hands
bloody, flakey mess
no one shall clean
dude, sorry to say it, but i don't like it...It doesn't "say" anything to me, and i agree with them the colours could be darker, and there could be a raven silhouetted in there somewhere...it's just not very deep as is...it has no feeling...it's cold.
i have come to believe that the whole world is nothing but an enigma.a harmless enigma that is made terrible by are own mad attempt to find is underlieing truths.
the style in this one reminds me of a very rare animated film i used to watch as a kid called "Once Upon A Time"..the differences yet similarities in the art styles in the background and the tree are very much like in that film..i like this!
That is a very nice and artistic combination of photo and graphic-editting...Really great..And i can say this is the only one which got 10 from me...İ liked it very much...
Color-scheme,angle of the tree, shapes real good...
Not bad, I like this better than the other one. Maybe a little too cartoonish for me, but overall not too bad. I don't see the surrealism however...looks more appropriate as an illustration, even though it wasn't necesarilly drawn :)
Nice tree, but there's something errie about it - probably those skinny "ready to grab you" branches. I like the colors used - feels like frost. Good creative job :>
