For those familiar with sailing ships, this is a good shot. It really doesn't take much of a breeze to get flags fluttering, and you've captured the movement of each of these. With the sun behind and to one side, it can be difficult to get a decent shot, yet you've given us the essence of each flag with this capture.

How neat, I can see the wind swirling...because 2 flags are moving in one direction and the other 2 are moving each in a different direction...so the wind is blowing every whichway, or maybe the ship turned just before you clicked the shutter. Also I like your light management...the white isn't blasting too much and the blues are beautiful. Helps to have that cloud in front of the sun I think. Great pic.
