I like the black background, because it really makes the flower stand out. The flower itself is great. The small resolutions are a bummer, though. Think BIG!
I'm not keen on pictures of flowers (that's just me) as a flower is a beautiful creation of nature, so to photograph them in an appealing and attractive way is challenging.
I really liked what you did with "Tulip Panography" and the 'Daffodilidascope' - that's a talented eye you have.
But I'm not keen on this shot, couple of reasons - the subject isn't centred (especially since you done a nice job with the frame) and while the entire bloom is skillfully in focus, the result is flat and somehow, lacks depth. It's an interesting orchid for sure, but the red spots remind me of something that needs an ointment.
