I don't recall that I've commented on any of your work before. I checked out your gallery, and you do beautiful work - especially your flower photos.
This is a breath taking composition. I absolutely love the bottom two thirds of the shot. The richness of the colors are glorious. The sky, on the other hand, isn't flawless. I'm not a fan of white skies and there seems to be a little noise in the middle of the sky. Unless you're a post photo expert, I'm not sure that there's much you can do with such a bland sky; so never mind.
A lovely looking scene with deep rich colours. Nice composition and view of the river. I like the way the scene fades into the distance. Ditch the frame on this one, totally unnecessary. A little subtle cloning and some judicious cropping gets rid of the blown out sky. I believe, but don't quote me on this, some sharpening could reduce the noise Roger noticed. Good work and thanks for sharing.
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.
