Interesting technique. I've never heard of that filter before. It accomplished what you wanted it to do, to focus our attention on that building with the colorful clock. I like this.

I too have not heard of that type of filter, but it does a good job. And makes for interesting viewing.

Great sense of perspective here, the framing and colors work well and that filter is great .

Beautiful shot. Perfect exposure and I love the gradual softening as you come back to the foreground. Uncoventional and very effective!
