This fractal is the result of hours of tweaking by adding, subtracting, running through filters and working to create a fractal that didn't look like a canned fractal or preset. I first thought it was going to look like a slinky (you know the toy, it's slinky, it's slinky, for fun it's a wonderful toy....), but when I finished it looked like something Kirk, Spock and the gang would come across in deep space. Anyway, this is the creation I made in my adult sandbox so to speak. Lack of sleep has warped my graphical and descriptive abilities. I hope you guys like it.

I like this a lot with the exception of the framing. I don't think framed images work well with desktops generally - I have nothing against this one in particular.

I really like the smoky, subtle colours of this. It has a mysterious - or not quite mysterious, more just unknown - look. The question seems to be: do you dare to step through into the unknown? Unkowable in advance, inescapable after the fact... I'm not sure if it suggests a worm hole to me, quite, but definitely some sort of "singularity" in space-time and definitely not a slinky!

Good job.

Beautiful Dado. Lovely color and the composition is great.

This has some interesting textures in it and the color is moody and mysterious. I like it. I'm also not sure about the frame, though.
