I would like to see a Gallery for "Black and White" and I would like to see this picture as the first one from that new gallery to make it to the main.

Just for thought, I am not asking any of the following galleries to be deleted - they are mentioned only in observation.

We do have four water galleries and three insect galleries. We have a Flowers and a Garden gallery. We have the insects that land on those flowers. And, we have a macro gallery made up mostly of the flowers and the insects.

Why not a Black and White gallery, too!

Always enjoy your black and white work and this is no exception. As I experiment, most of which I will not post, I always learn something when you post b&w. That said, here I learn that softness can coexist with detail - I would have thought all those branches would have demanded crispness in the presentation, but here the branches imply the crispness so well that the softness adds warmth without loosing the details.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.

The detail of the leafless Trees is incredible! There's definitely an aura of Spookiness here, which I relish! I enjoy your Black and White work, and Always look forward to Your next One... Thank You, Chris!

I love your work. The moods, mystery and composition are always intriguing. This piece is no exception. Your use of black and white with intense contrast creates a pensive, watchful mood in what would normally be a mundane tree/water picture.

Very well done - I learn something every time I look at your work.
