I took this picture while visiting Hannibal, Missouri last spring. This old dock was in a small pond near the B&B where I was staying. I can only wonder if Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn did some fishing from this dock in years gone by...

Just had this in the Voting Booth...I absolutely love this shot! The sepia shades are beautiful...and I love how the reflections take over where the dock disappears. Fantastic...and faved

Nick - Ole Tom didn't whitewash this dock and time has taken its toll. A real nice capture with the reflections coming up to the the sinking dock, and the soft sepia tones. Thad

This is a really nice capture. The compostition is good and I like how you used sepia to create the mood. Nice work all around.

None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.

Nice shot, and a good place to have a canoe, and go fishing.
