You've probably heard in the news about the tornado that hit Parkersburg, Iowa. Well, here it is. There isn't much to see, because it was rain-wrapped, meaning the cloud above it surrounded it. If it were visible, it would probably fill most of the picture. This photo was taken near Dunkerton, Iowa (a few miles east of Parkersburg) by my brother, a trained storm spotter.

Holy moley, that an awesome shot. It sure does look like serious weather there in the distance. I'm glad you are OK. I wish everyone could have had the same luck as you.

Though it doesn't show the classic tornado funnel cloud, it does capture perfectly the extremely threatening stormy weather. The viewer can really feel it. Great shot!
