This is a beautiful shot. I love that you have centered he peak - it looks like this was a beautiful day to be there!

Beautiful photograph. It looks a little dark - but I think I see why you've used this exposure. Taking up the brightness any will wash out the snow on the lit portion.

But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile. Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.

Nice shot!!! I think its perfect. the lighting is good. Don't let others try to tell you anything else. So peaceful, just waitng for the Elk to pass by.

Wow, I think your "Elk Pass" is much more impressive. : ) I'm not sure how it looks in winter, but the one in the 'Dacks is mainly just a mud wallow between peaks during the summer. Awesome photo, some incredible terrain up there.

I think you could use a fill light adjustment to add a little brightness to the darker areas while not adding brightness to the snow. But this indeed looks like a wonderful place and I'm glad winder is coming!
