i know it looks like a sunset, but this was take 2-3 hours later. there was a heavy fog in the river valley that was just lifting, and all the city lights were reflecting off of it. the 200 second exposure made the water so silky

Nice photograph. I'm really liking these long exposure shots you've posted. The color and light are very soft and give the pic a surreal feel to it.

200 second? Whew...With my digital had a bulb feature - it only goes up to 15 seconds I think. Great capture here.
