I like the reflection, the composition is good.
I probably would use some selective highlights to bright out more of the building.

Lovely, moody and yet peaceful lighting. Beautiful sky... my favourite bit is the shape of the branches against it, though of course the whole shot works for me.

Wonderful picture! The silhoutte of the tree and the building against the light sky are eye-catching and very wonderfully shot. Good angle, and sharp details on those tree branches.
