A different view of the statue of the late Ben Carpenter. Old Ben is depicted with the rolled up plat plan for his dream. It is still growing day by day.
Don't let those clouds fool you. It was 1:30pm and the temp was already up to 104F (40C)

I don't know who Ben Carpenter is but he seems to be sizing up the district. Dressed like that on a Texan summers day he's gonna sweat buckets. ;o)
