Just lovely - you've done a great job with the texture, color, and DOF. It looks almost like I could reach out and touch it. The only thing I might suggest is a little less centered, but that's a personal preference. I really like this!

Good sharp image though there's a lot of noise which spoils the image when viewed full screen.

It is a pretty flower, and it's not fully sharp. Everything beyond the center is progressively out of focus. That doesn't hurt it at all. The extraneous background is quite distracting and an even wider aperture would have put all of the background more out of focus, allowing full concentration on the subject.
Also, cropping in from the left border to eliminate that door/window will remove a distraction and take the flower out of the center. Using a Noise Reduction utility as a last step will smooth everything and retain sharpness in the subject.
