The canon S3 IS is a great camera. Even tough I have the Rebel, I still want one of these . Would ya look at the detail in those neck feathers? Love the expressions on their faces. Excellent work, Don.

This is a great choice of shot Don. It is of good technical quality. However, I think on the downside, the fact that the outline of the foreground goose is disrupted by the background goose that it is eclipsing, diminishes the technical sharpness and focus. If the heads were separate from one another I'm sure you would have been given a more deserving C-Index. Overall, I really like this series your producing. The Snow Geese are amazing to see.
