A few days ago we had sunshine and warm temperatures but today that has all changed. It looks like snow clouds on the horizon and the temperature has started to drop with a good wind building up. This made for a dark kind of shot but I kind of like it and thought it would make a nice desktop. Hope you like it.

Terrific desktop. Takes me way back to storms blowin' in out of western Kansas. I'm a firm believer that anything and everything in nature needs to be explored through photography and you have done an excellent job here.

This is depressing Don. Our weather looks about as bad as yours and I dread the cold. Thanks for sharing..=(

Hi Don We know the cold don't we. It was nice here too and now today it is sunny but in the low 30's and tomorrow supposed to be a high in the 20's. Did not get the snow they were calling for but sure got rain and wind. This is a good post and it is a good example of the weather changes. Sandi

Nice pic Don. Some pics just look good dark. That's the way it is so why try to change it. Most mood shots are dark so don't change them. Good work.

Sky sure tells us that your title is correct Don. You've captured it very well here and the lone tree without leaves says it all. Very well done.
