I was driving through eastern Kansas (which is quite beautiful, despite what people who live there might say) and I couldn't help but pull over to take a photo of this wonderful sky. It was along highway 75 for anyone familiar with the area.

Amazing. It's as if the clouds are glowing, protecting the setting sun, not just reflecting the rays. The colors keep getting better and better as the eye travels down to the horizon line..and then I hit The Tree. I don't know why..it probably won't make any sense to anyone but me, but for some reason that tree really bothers me.. I feel like I want to take my clone tool out and just have my way with her.. and I'm a tree lover/hugger. It's all perfection and then..... But a very nice post at any rate :)PJ

IT is a stunning sky indeed, well captured above a empty looking horizon with one tree only, well done.
