Hey guys, sorry it's been so long. Anyway, I thought I would try some B&W, every body like B&W right? I really do wish I could have used a faster shutter speed with this, but unfortunately I didn't have my flash. Maybe I'll give it another go next time around. Any other suggestions before I retry it?

I hope you are not pouring a spoonful of Caster Oil. YUK! I like this B&W. It's off the beaten path to say the least. A faster shutter speed and you would have gotten a better focus on the liquid stream, but other than that, it's fine.

Must have taken you a few good tries, but you got a good capture, nice job.

Very cool Ellie.... You could try lighting the subject even more rather than use the flash. flash might kill the water

Hi Ellie, great capture, I like the b&w and presentation here too. As for suggestions, what about shooting when the water hits the spoon, and try to capture the splash of the impact?

I think it's a great effort and Ian's idea might be worth a try.
