I have visited this beach several times myself and its a beautiful stretch of lake Michigan beach line. I like the angle that you have chosen to capture both sand grass and the long beach line, and that unmistakable blue that the fresh water in the great lakes are known for. I noticed that there are very little shadow lines in your photo, so I'm assuming that this shot was taken around noon time. If you get a chance try shooting this same location either early or late and I think the colors will be more radiant.
