Weird - really weird. Interesting and intriguing. The strange thing about this is that the overall set up makes me expect the green circle to appear spherical, so it should come out towards me at the centre. But although my eyes say it is doing this, they also say it isn't - that it is actually more like a tunnel entrance with the tunnel going inwards, away from me. Peculiarly mesmerising. Not sure it looks like a planet, but that doesn't affect the image. Good work.

I really like this too. Margali has said so much I agree with. I think your use of the green is brilliant. A contrasting colour would have spoiled the puzzle. Well done, a great image.

We are like people looking for something they have in their hands all the time; we're looking in all directions except at the thing we want, which is probably why we haven't found it.(Plato, 380BC)

I thought of this as a planet viewed from the top whose gravity is warping its orbital plane in space . Thus the name! Thank you both for your kind thoughts!

Good one this Frank, really interesting fractal, as above the green contrasting is excellent.

It really appears to be three dimensional, almost like you have 3-D glasses on without the blue/red annoyances. This image is intense. Good job.
