Two recommendations:
1) the "retina" of your camera -or, less likely, your lens- is dirty: I had the same problem both with my snap&shoot AND my SLR! Get the cleaning set from a camera shop and it'll be sparkling clean in a jiffy!
2) I'd stamp out the stain in the left upper corner using Photoshop or some such software. Once you clean your sensor/lens, you won't have this problem anymore!
All the same, it's a great shot!
That almost looks like the building is painted on the glass. Pretty neat. Nice picture, Frank. I had the problem Bram is referring to above. I cleaned everything up and got rid of the spots. Until I did, I was cloning them out.
