Doesn't look like a crossing I'd want to risk, Frank. I really love the colours in the reflections.

Nice color blends and contrasts, good action, this photo tells the story quite nicely. My one critique is that it appears to have been sharpened post-production much more than I would have.

We call em a low-water bridge here in Arkansas. I tried to cross one of those in a 56 Ford back in the winter of 1974 and almost got swept away.
