while I was shooting b&w today I heard honking, looked up and managed to get this shot before the geese left sight.

Pierre - Yes, Canadian geese. Have seen many in the air over the last few days. Funny that often they are seen heading north. (maybe they're confused, or letting the wives navigate?) hehe, (just kidding) -These few though, were headed south.

I never saw canadian geese in Europe before. But, since a few years, we've a little colony on the river, behind my house. They are beautiful. They 'honk' all days when going to eat in the fields. I counted about thirty.
