Very apt title - the sky looks really oppresive or rather displays a case of oppresive dark cloud threatening to cover or extinguish the setting sun.

This one is well-named! Very evocative of something bad coming this way. If it weren't for the lighter areas in the cloud, I'd say this was a photograph of an alien spaceship a la the movie "Independence Day". The little red clouds dropping into what appears to be the ocean (although the line isn't quite straight enough for water, perhaps) contribute to the mood.

What a wonderful dramatic sky! I would love to know where you took this photo. Is it in France? I like the darkness of the cloud hovering over the sunset and the water. Very nicely done..Verena
