I like the warm colour and the warm feeling and that you have a couple walking along too. That makes it feel more real. The sunlight is so bright tho, would have been nice to filter it out a tiny bit, so it wouldn't be quite such a "splash" but I love the softness of this photo. It almost has a slight romantic feeling to it..Thank you so much. Verena

The sepia treatment on a subject of green makes this a bit unusual...and the leaves in the center of the picture, the pond, and grass in shadow, the tree shadows and the figures are all very nice treated this way. I think you have a bit too much blowout, but I'd hate to lose those half-tones in the shadows to reduce that. I'd also rather the tree were to one side as sort of a frame, but again that would make you choose between the pond and the people. Good idea, I hope you try this again.
