Nice shot and good color and composition, but that horizon could use some leveling.

Ownership of land is, at best, a useful human fiction.
The horizon is ever so slightly off, and it's gotta be level when it's such a dominant feature. Nice sense of proportions. I'd love to see this same shot in softer lighting.

Other than the horizon, which is an "Oops!" that happens to me too, but is easily corrected, my only suggestion is to crop the sky to make the boat more of a focal point. I like the composition and the colors.
